1. Abuse of the internal messaging system
Avoid sending too many messages to teachers you don't work with. Before contacting a user: check his profile; see if he has indicated that he is eligible to do a project; make sure that your message is relevant. Don't send messages that are exactly the same to too many ETWINCI.
2. Use of eTwinning for commercial purposes
The use of the platform for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Any company, entrepreneur, event or commercial-purpose software will be removed and access to the platform will be blocked.
3. Unsolicited emails (Spam) during sessions
Thousands of messages are sent from eTwinning Live partner forums. Make sure that your message is related to the topic of the title. Before posting a new post, check if there are any other relevant messages and reply to them. To improve cooperation, help us conduct forums on the topic in a relevant way!
4. Irrelevant and inappropriate comments about people's posts
When posting a comment on someone else's profile, make sure that this comment is appropriate for the user. Comments should be for individuals and related to the user's message. Do not write the same comment to too many users.
5. Random contact requests and project invitations
Avoid asking ETWINCIS to be your contact person or to participate in your project without contacting them in advance. Make sure that there are a reasonable and manageable number of contact people on your list. Do you want to follow other people's updates? Follow them instead.
6. Event invitations
If you are not sure that the colleagues in question can participate, avoid inviting your contacts to the events you are organizing. Haphazard invitations to events held at your school are considered spam.
